A jogger buggy is a single buggy designed to be used for exercising and has large BMX-sized wheels. It also has an excellent suspension to take the bounces and bumps of off-road usage. It isn’t easy to steer a jogger buggie as the front wheels may swivel. Locking the wheel is crucial when crossing roads or putting on kerbs.

Some buggies are reversible. This allows the seat to be positioned either way or backwards (also known as parent-facing). This is ideal for infants who are sensitive and want to be capable of seeing their parents. Other models are only forward-facing and are best for older children who don’t want to be distracted.

There are also tandem buggies, designed to take two children of similar age side by side. This can be useful if you have twins or babies born close to each other however, they can be difficult steer, especially in narrow spaces. Some tandem buggies feature a reclining mechanism in each seat, meaning that your toddler can lie flat while you push them.
