Woman turns herself in after killing two NYU students in Puerto rico

Authorities have arrested the woman who allegedly opened fire and shot dead two NYU students outside a club in Puerto Rico.Marangelys Claudio turned herself in to police in the municipality of Caguas on Monday.The 31-year-old was seen on video surrounded by two men who were trying to calm her down after she got kicked out of the same club before she raised her gun in the air before she discharged it.The gunfire struck Peruvian nationals Franco Medina, 29, and Sergio Palomino, 28.
